Pairing It Forward began with something every girl has felt — a date with someone wonderful who simply wasn't right for us, and the quiet thought afterwards: he might be perfect for a friend.

We noticed how often those ideas stayed in our own minds. A name we never mentioned. A friend we never thought to connect. So we started gathering — a group of girls, in a comfortable, supportive setting — to think beyond ourselves and share the ideas we were quietly holding on to.

One name sparks another. One idea opens a door.

Sometimes hearing a name reminds you of a friend, a cousin, a coworker, or a girl in another circle entirely. Even when a match isn't for you, it may be exactly right for someone you know. Instead of letting those connections sit unexplored, we pair it forward.

Our goal is simple: to look out for one another, open new doors, and, b'ezras Hashem, help everyone find their person.
